Fokus er at arbejde med en hands-on tilgang, hvor der lægges stor vægt på at opdage, udvikle og vækste talenter samt pleje etablerede kunstnere. Der lægges stor vægt på detaljerne i strategien for hvert projekt, som skræddersys specifikt til hver enkelt case.
Målet er at føre kunstnere hele vejen til de store scener og opretholde langvarig succes samtidig med, at der samarbejdes tæt med holdene omkring hvert projekt.
